Overview

This website is operated by Blockhead, which is run by Selim Buldanlioglu, an individual trader based in Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Refund policy, our Shipping policy and our Privacy policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, and you must give accurate, complete information at checkout.

Products

Our masks are novelty knitwear made for warmth and fun. They are not protective equipment. They are not rated for impact, fire, UV or cold-injury protection, and they are not a substitute for a helmet or other safety gear. We try to show colors and details accurately, but your screen and the real product can differ slightly.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Your price is the one shown at checkout when you order. We can refuse or cancel any order, for example after a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, costs and return rules are set out in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Promotions

Automatic discounts, such as 15% off two masks, apply only while they are shown on the site and can't be combined unless checkout says so.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
