Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Checkout shows the addresses we can deliver to.

Pre-orders

Blockhead masks sell in drops. While a drop is on pre-order, the product page shows a ship-by date right above the Add to cart button, and that date is saved on your order. Orders ship in the order they came in. If a date ever slips, we email you before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Masks ship from our partner fulfillment warehouse overseas.

Delivery time

After your mask ships, tracked delivery to the US usually takes 7–14 days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and late November to December can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Orders of $45 or more ship free. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $4.99.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number the day the parcel leaves. The first scan can take 2–5 business days to appear.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we reship it once you cover the new postage, or refund the item cost minus shipping.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for 15 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund you in full.
